My name is Luna jiang.I run the Sweetie Ribbon Diary store all by myself.This is an original nostalgic handmade lifestyle brand.

I’m from China and was born in 1995 (a part of the Millennial generation). I grew up during the era when the Internet started to become widely popular. My childhood and adolescence weren’t completely surrounded by digitalization and social media. There were flip phones, electric fans, images with a grainy texture. I used my pocket money to buy magazines at the newsstand,after school, I would go to the park with friends to swing and slide down the slides. Back then, the world was simple.

After entering the digital age, all kinds of information came flooding in. Our lives have become inseparable from mobile phones and electronic devices, and everything is focused on pursuing efficiency. Most of my time was spent in a state of anxiety. There were always endless overtime hours and messages to reply to. I felt like a robot, with no extra energy to think about or imagine the future.

Until I experienced a toxic relationship in my previous job and fell into depression. So, in September 2022, I chose to quit my job without a plan and started exploring myself.

I’m a journal enthusiast. I love beautiful notebooks and stationery. The process of making journal is extremely healing me. Thus, the idea of “trying to make different notebooks!” came to my mind. I began to post my works on Chinese social media platforms and gradually gained some followers. And just like that, my handmade small business has started. 

In February 2025, I decided to establish the Sweetie Ribbon Diary brand. I love handicrafts, desserts, Y2k style, lolita fashion, and balletcore,so you can see these elements integrated into my products.

The design concept of Sweetie Ribbon Diary is “collecting the warm fragments of life.” I hope that it can bring you into a world full of memories, a slow-paced and warm atmosphere, allowing you to briefly escape from reality and have a soft and sweet dream.

In addition, inspired by my dog named “Lucky,” I designed the original cartoon IP “DreamyPuppies.” They are twin puppies. The elder sister is named Tutu, and the younger sister is named Scoop. I’m preparing to introduce “DreamyPuppies” to everyone in the form of a co-creation of stickers. Please stay tuned!
